We hold a bike for you
We confirm you are a real courier and reserve a specific bike for you, usually within 24 hours. You receive a secure portal link by email.

Sign & pay
You sign the rental agreement in person at pickup — this makes it legally binding. Then pay your first 30 days and the refundable deposit.

Pick up and start delivering
Collect your bike at a city pickup point or request local delivery. Service support is included throughout your rental.

How much do I pay to start?
Your first 30 days on the flexible plan are €177 (€5.90/day × 30), plus a refundable deposit. No payment is taken when you reserve — you pay only once your rental is approved and you collect the bike.
Can I cancel after a month?
Yes. The minimum is 30 days. After that you can stop and return the bike, continue month to month, or move to a 6 or 12-month plan for a lower daily rate.
Is there a deposit?
Yes — a refundable security deposit equal to your plan's 30-day price (€177 on 30 days, €147 on 6 months, €117 on 12 months), taken at pickup and returned at the end minus any damage beyond fair wear.
What if I want to keep the bike longer?
Just extend. Stay flexible month to month, or switch to a 6 or 12-month plan and your daily rate drops to €4.90 or €3.90 — the longer the commitment, the less you pay per day.
