Reserve your bike — free
Pick your city, model and plan. Check live availability, read the rental rules and see your exact price and deposit. Send your request — no payment, no signing.
We hold a bike for you
We confirm you are a real courier and reserve a specific bike for you, usually within 24 hours. You receive a secure portal link by email.
Sign & pay
You sign the rental agreement in person at pickup — this makes it legally binding. Then pay your first 30 days and the refundable deposit.
Pick up and start delivering
Collect your bike at a city pickup point or request local delivery. Service support is included throughout your rental.
